Honors Bachelor of Clinical Bioethics with diploma in Social Service Work; pursuing an MSW with a focus on first responder and care provider support, trauma-informed practice and service accessibility.

BA in Psychology and is currently completing her Masters of Counselling Psychology. She has worked with the Indigenous Homeless population and Child and Family Services.

Experience in correctional settings across the GTA and working with at risk youth.

Degree in Psychology (BA); 8 years experience providing coordination and navigational support to clients on WSIB, including first responders.

Diploma in Police Foundations; Degree in Psychology (BA in progress); Formerly an Emergency Communications Operator, and Auxiliary Member of OPP.

Jen joined the Dalton Associates team in 2020 as a Care Navigator in our Indigenous Services Division. Not long after, she shifted into a Support Services Coordinator role within our First Responder Mental Health Team following a nearly 18 year career as a police officer. Jen sits on our First Responder Advisory Council which is comprised of First Responders from various professions including: police, paramedics, firefighters, etc. As we build and develop our First Responder Division, Jen is an invaluable resource as an internal voice representing the First Responder culture understanding of course, that this is not a homogeneous community.
